DiviD staff are not experts in collectibles authentication or grading. Any grading designations indicated on items are made in good faith, based on casual observation and comparisons with items of similar condition, the grading label for slabbed items, or on the designations indicated by our suppliers at the time of purchase. Third-party grading opinions are those of the third party alone.

Item images are representative unless specific details are included in the item title.

As an example in coins and banknotes, a sample image with a D (Denver) mintmark does not guarantee the coin you receive will have a Denver mint mark unless it is specifically stated in the item title.

Regarding Pokemon cards, we individually photograph each card and its condition is as shown. Please note however, that most card backs are not photographed except in rare situations in which the card back merits separate treatment, such as early “Pocket Monsters” cards, World Championship decks, Topps and Burger King promo cards, etc.

Also, each card is in a soft sleeve and two cards will be inserted into a hard-sleeve for shipping. So, please be aware that protective sleeving can obscure minor imperfections when cards are photographed such as scuffs, worn/dog-eared corners and minor warps, curvature or wrinkles in a card. We sort and filter out obviously damaged and torn cards, and aim for an overall condition such that 95% of our dispensed cards are believed to be in the range of PSA/CGC Grade 8 or better, but a small number of bent, scuffed and worn cards do make it through our process due to their otherwise desirable characteristics.

Overall, the vast majority of our cards are in excellent condition. None are graded, but you will regularly receive cards that could be graded as a PSA 9 or better. But you might also receive the occasional heartbreaker that looks like a 9 or 10 in the photo but has a hidden defect (bent corner, scuff, warp, etc.) due to being photographed behind protective sleeving. Such cards’ estimated values have been set with this in mind.

Items dispensed by the CoinOpp Vending Machine are offered on an as-is, second-hand basis. You are buying pre-owned collectibles and all sales are final. Due to the unique nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The sole exception is for items credibly proven to be counterfeit or inauthentic following sale. In such cases, the buyer must notify us within 10 days of purchase and provide documented verification of inauthenticity from an accredited third-party grading or authentication service. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition before a refund will be issued.

Purchase cancellations may only be completed by selling back items in your Vault. No cancellation requests will be honored after redemption and physical shipping of items has been requested.

Our use and publication of copyrighted works and trademarks is protected under the principles of nominative Fair Use and the First Sale Doctrine.
